HOW LONG DO ORDERS USUALLY TAKE TO PROCESS?
Once payment has been completed, we guarantee your order will be fulfilled, have tracking, and be shipped within 24hrs. Exclusions: orders made saturday will ship monday morning and orders made on holidays will ship the next business day.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Shipping to the United States is 2-7 business days after order has processed. Due to high demand, the current wait time for all international regions is about 6-14 days for delivery. We will be updating this accordingly. While most packages will arrive on time, there are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause delays in shipment. This usually happens due to an incorrect email. Do make sure that your email is indeed correct when you place an order. Do kindly check your spam folder as well to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We only allow order cancellation within 12 hours after you have made payment. We will provide a full refund if you cancel your order within 12 hours. Please understand that once we have sent out your order to the courier, we are no longer able to cancel your order. Do drop us an email should you want to proceed with the cancellation.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive the product. If 30 days have gone by since unfortunately, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
